17th Annual Cookeville Cookoff Vendor Application Form


	A select group of competition teams (approximately 12) who are capable, qualified and express a desire will be allowed to vend food to the public as well as compete. You may sell as many items as you wish, however they must be listed on your application. You will retain 100% of the revenue from your sales.
	Vendors Fee is $350.00. Local - Not For Profit: Please call for quotation.
