     We anticipate about 35 to 40 competing barbecue teams for the event. Every year there are more and more certified judges and more interest in BBQing as a hobby. In fairness to our cooking teams, we are seeking the most qualified, experienced judges that are available and willing to judge at our contest. In selecting the final field of judges, we will choose only certified KCBS judges and we will also give preference to those of you who have judged our event in the past.
