the Cookeville Cookoff strives to be a

"cooker friendly" contest.

All sites for competition cooking teams will be

20' x 20' unless additional space is purchased to accommodate campers, etc.

ALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT MUST FIT IN YOUR PURCHASED SPACE.

The committee reserves the right to reject any application. If your application is not accepted, your money will be refunded. However, no refund of the application fee will be made once you have been accepted into the contest. Any photos taken of your team onsite and your responses to questions in the application become the property of City Scape d/b/a Fall FunFest and may be used for promotional purposes. Contestant agrees to indemnify and hold City Scape d/b/a Fall FunFest and its employees and volunteers, harmless from any and all claims made against the Cookoff Celebration, including, without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages or reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with (I) any structure erected by contestant, (II) an apparatus, equipment, or personal property used by contestant, (III) any act or omission to act of agents, and (IV) any claims made on account or resulting from contestants' participation in the contest.
